Challenge:
Intent on improving conversions and click-through rates, the 11Sight team approached Lazarev to redesign their website, create a new design system and overhaul their digital experience.
Approach:
We fused storytelling and animations to reflect the innovative nature of the product while adding a human touch to the site. To capture sales, we offered the audience a free trial, that is, connect with 11Sight representatives via their video call platform.

Story-focused digital experience
We crafted a design system as a rich brand narrative. The story guides prospects down the site, uncovering their pain and presenting the solution. Visually contrasting blocks carrying different semantic content follow one another through the site. In such a way, we reached a balanced experience that educates and entertains prospects keeping them engaged.
Setting affiliate marketing terms
To increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the website and promote the 11Sight product, we created an affiliate program page. Bold infographics, attention-picking graphics, and large typography highlights program benefits and drive people to spread the word about 11Sight.
Showcasing platform features
The product-related page was created for a deeper analysis of the 11Sight features. We added a widget offering prospects to connect them with 11Sight representatives via a video call. In such a way, we gave prospects an opportunity to experience the 11Sight video call solution firsthand.
