Key insights into UX decision-making:
360-degree customer views. The benefit of creating custom lists and filters is in seeing just the data teams need. Moreover, the Network View shows customers’ relationships with other clients and company stakeholders for building broader insights into customer buying behavior.
Product database. Whenever the need to quickly review SaaS products occurs, a sales team accesses the product definer. It is a sort of library of all the company's offerings and their prices. Managers can add new products, duplicate, delete, and add products to price books.
Map out sales funnels. The journey builder tool allows businesses to visually map out their sales, marketing, and customer success funnels. The app even gives users the ability to place customer touchpoints where they have the best opportunity to boost conversions.
Solardrive
Solardrive is a platform for solar panel installation company Fushion Power. Previously, the company used five third-party applications to control the entire workflow - from finding customers to installing solar panels. We developed a platform that allowed us to unify all processes.

Key insights into design solutions:
With the help of the platform, the company can look for new employees and conduct onboarding through the training section.
The platform covers all the processes of working on a project: finding a client, concluding contracts and regulating all financial issues, as well as controlling the installation and maintenance of solar panels.
With the help of the messenger, which includes internal messages, emails and SMS, company employees can conveniently communicate with both customers and other departments without using third-party applications.

StreamWork
StreamWork is power-packed with tools including project management, media collaboration, and automated approval routing. We had to cover the full cycle of designing an all-in-one video platform. The client asked us to analyze their competitors, define problem areas, prioritize features of the marketing video platform, and develop a user flow of all roles for the product.
case study
Key insights into design solutions:
We designed its entire functionality and visual interface with a focus on providing an intuitive user experience and seamless performance, tailored to meet the specific needs of each group.
We created approval workflows that allow managing individuals to guide creatives through several stages of internal and external approval and know when an asset has received final sign-off.
Each team member has access to a personal dashboard where they can review personal to-dos, see what assets they need to review, and access the most recent campaigns.
