Who Are We?

We’re a custom product and brand design studio working primarily with US-based companies. Our specialty? Building killer products that stand out. Ironically, while our designs are top-notch, our copy could pack more punch. That’s where you come in—our future Head of Content.

We’re looking for someone to not only elevate our words but to lead the entire content team. Ready to shape our voice and make every sentence shine? Let’s talk details.

The Role

1. Strategize & Oversee

  • Develop a content strategy aligned with our brand vision and business goals.
  • Manage copywriters, SEO specialists, and content producers. Keep everyone moving in the same direction—fast.
  • Own the editorial calendar, ensuring deadlines are met, quality is on point, and nothing slips through the cracks.

2. Ensure Quality & Consistency

  • Define and refine our brand voice—and defend it at all costs.
  • Mentor the team, set clear objectives, and maintain sky-high quality standards.
  • Collaborate with design, dev, and marketing to keep visuals and copy seamlessly aligned.

3. Drive Our Core Projects

  • Case Studies: Extract insights from the team. Transform them into stories that make clients think, “Wow, these folks really build dope stuff.”
  • Sales Landing Pages: Keep it crisp, keep it helpful, make it compelling. A killer CTA is your signature move.
  • SEO Articles: Write for humans first, algorithms second—but we still care about ranking well.

4. Lead, Motivate, and Report

  • Set and track content KPIs—think traffic, engagement, conversions.
  • Present results, fine-tune strategy, and keep leadership in the loop.
  • Stay calm under deadlines, pivot when needed, and keep the team inspired.

Who We’re Looking For

  • UI/UX + Brand Design Know-How: Non-negotiable. We’re a design studio—understanding our world is key.
  • Leadership Experience: You’ve managed content teams before, whether large or small.
  • Killer Writing & Editing Skills: You speak fluent marketing and sales copy.
  • Tool Proficiency: Familiarity with Figma, ClickUp, SurferSEO, AI copy tools... you name it.
  • Solid SEO Understanding: The real kind, not just keyword stuffing.
  • Detail-Oriented, Cool Under Pressure: Multiple projects and tight deadlines? You’ve got this.
  • Tiger (or Tigress) Mentality: You own your results and inspire others to do the same.

And Don’t Write to Us If

  • You’re unsure about the difference between UI and UX.
  • You crumble under tight deadlines.
  • You struggle with teamwork.
  • You’re not prepared to take ownership of your work.

What You Get

  • The opportunity to define the voice of a growing design agency.
  • A creative, driven environment where pushing boundaries is encouraged.
  • Competitive pay—because we value real talent.
  • Freedom to innovate, disrupt, and make a tangible impact.

Hey there,

We’re Lazarev.agency, a custom product and brand design studio working with US-based companies.

We build killer products. Our copy? Meh! Let's add some drive into it!

The Role

We turn ideas into visual language. You’ll do the same—but with words. You're the boss, you say. Let's team up to forge a brand voice that cuts through the noise like a sharp, Hemingway's line.

You’ll work on three key types of projects:

1. Case Studies

- Interview our internal team behind client projects.

- Turn their insights into engaging, ridiculously clear case studies.

- Goal? Make clients say, "Damn, these guys know how to build dope sh1t."

2. Sales Landing Pages

- Simplify, sharpen, and make them sell.

- Write with a “help-first” approach.

- Craft a CTA that actually moves people.

3. SEO Articles

- We replace the word “algorithm” with “reader”—content is for humans, not machines.

- But yeah, in all the projects SEO matters too.

Bonus: We also work with startups, so 20% of your work might involve client copy. The rest? Helping us sound awesome.

Who We’re Looking For

Someone who’s detail-oriented, driven, and understands UI/UX and brand design. This is non-negotiable for the role.

You’ll collaborate across departments, gather input, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple content-related projects. Your words will shape how we communicate and how we’re perceived.

Write to us if

- You have a strong understanding of UI/UX and/or brand design.

- You’ve managed content teams before.

- You’re an excellent writer with a knack for marketing & sales copy.

- You’re comfortable using tools like Figma, ClickUp, SurferSEO, AI tools, or similar software.

- You know SEO.

- You’re reliable, detail-oriented, and cool under pressure.

- You're the tiger (or tigress)

And don't write to us if

- You lack a sense of style in your writing.

- You’re not passionate about design.

- You’re just plain boring.

What You’ll Work On

– Brainstorm content ideas for marketing & sales materials.

– Write copy for blog posts, case studies, video scripts, sales presentations, and more.

– Work closely with our SEO expert to align content strategy.

– Own the content you create—we’re looking for leaders, not task-takers. And if you can drop a witty line that has us laughing between deadlines, you'll be our kind of wordsmith.

What You’ll Get With Us

✔️ A Team You Can Count On – Work with talented people who actually enjoy collaborating. Our core team has been with us for 5+ years, and we’re proud of that.

✔️ Autonomy – No micromanagement here. We trust you to do your job well.

✔️ Challenging Projects – Work on stuff that pushes your skills and helps you grow.

✔️ Growth Opportunities – Internal workshops, 50% support for external training, insurance, gym, coworking membership… and, yes, free pizza on Wednesdays (lol).

✔️ Remote Flexibility – Work from anywhere.

✔️ Paid Time Off – 21 vacation days + 10 sick days.

If this sounds like your kind of gig, hit us up with your resume and portfolio.

See ya!
