After a deep market and product concept analysis, we developed innovative features to boost user engagement. These included reactions, reviews, user tips, comprehensive venue previews, booking functionality, quick video reviews, personalized recommendations, curated lists of saved locations, and more.

Studying Mappn's competitors unveiled impressive features like real-time foot traffic updates, personalized recommendations, and place reactions. This insight empowered us to craft an exciting new product, one that invites users into an interactive and socially immersive experience.

Exceptional customer service is a critical factor in setting an app apart from its rivals, so we ensured that Mappn excels in this regard. We introduced an intuitive Help & Support center, offering users access to essential information. This includes a comprehensive FAQs section that addresses a range of inquiries and also provides detailed Terms & Conditions, assuring users of our commitment to transparent and fair rules.
