As a certified agile project manager (IAPM) with a portfolio of advanced project and product management courses, I don't just lead projects—I build systems that elevate entire teams.
From the ground up, I and my team established Lazarev’s project management processes and implemented a hybrid agile workflow to supercharge efficiency. Today, I lead a team of 7+ project managers, driving innovation and excellence through a custom-built knowledge base and training system.
