Who’s Bluwalk?

Working as a courier or cab driver is believed to be one of the most convenient employment options that do not require long entering and onboarding processes. To put it simply - those are, historically speaking, fast ways to get a job and start making money. Accordingly, the entering point should be twice as fast and trouble-free in the digital era.

This is what Bluwalk is all about: it’s a convenient service bringing together all the actors of the urban mobility sector, such as drivers and couriers. The platform’s value is in providing quick registration, verification, and the start of work for drivers and couriers. Needless to say that a user-friendly interface and best onboarding UX are the two main pillars helping deliver such a promise.

What has changed?

Bluwalk turned to Lazarev. to increase website conversion rate and enhance their product’s design. Our team conducted UI UX redesign: we redesigned sign up page, simplified the platform structure, sorted out functionalities, and fixed a range of flow-related bugs. Naturally, the fruits of a conducted UX redesign showed themselves shortly: Bluwalk increased its sign-up flow by practically twice: the conversion of website visitors who ended up creating an account rose from 9% to 20%, provided that the startup’s paid marketing efforts remained as before.
